Representative
Location: Greater Houston Area
Our sales team is growing and we are looking for professionals
who have experience in the documentation, training and marcomm environments
and who have the abilities to use that knowledge to help our business
grow in the Greater Houston area. Our target industries/markets
within this territory include technology, energy, medical, finance
and safety.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in our specific
service-areas, with experience in sales, business development, account
management, or relevant project leadership and customer interaction.
Senior Technical Writer with team lead and client relations experience
will be considered without sales experience.
The Integrity Group will provide collateral material, territory
assignments, sales support and some leads through our internal sales
methods. This position reports directly to the Sales and Marketing
Manager.

Training Project Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Responsible for overall project management and coordination of
corporate sales and end-user training initiatives. Provide comprehensive
oversight for training projects; coordinate training team, curriculum
and materials; manage training delivery; identify/recommend strategic
decisions related to sales and end-user training and documentation;
and interface with Training team to implement these decisions.
Required Skills:
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to effectively handle
multiple projects with 5+ years of experience in the design, development,
and implementation of instructor and/or Web-based training solutions.
- Must have expert knowledge of adult learning principals and
instructional design methodologies.
- Experience using industry standard computer-based and/or web-based
training development tools (Authorware, Director, Photoshop, Illustrator,
Dreamweaver, Flash, Captivate, etc.) to develop learning programs
for the Adult Learner.
Responsibilities:
- Determine end-user training needs
- Determine scope of training requirements, and recommends appropriate

Using significant expertise in creating training deliverables (web,
print, instructor-led) in a Hardware/Software environment, this
individual will work with SMEs and Training Department personnel
to design, develop and implement learning products. Interacting
with management and SMEs to translate business needs/initiatives
into training & development strategy and solutions, this individual
will translate these into educational content to support and enhance
business goals and objectives.
Required Skills:
- Experience using industry standard computer-based and/or web-based

for the Adult Learner

Writer
Location: Houston, TX
Objective:
Experience in documenting software and highly complex IT hardware
systems and architectures. Candidate must be able to handle documentation
projects from start to finish with minimal direction, while managing
schedules and meeting deadlines. Position requires ability to multitask
effectively, despite ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed,
and dynamic environment. Must have strong interpersonal skills and
be able to communicate effectively with subject matter experts,
project managers and other team members. Experience using Frame
Maker + SGML is a plus. Understanding of the concepts involved in
single sourcing and familiarity with content management and XML-based
editors is also a plus.
Job qualifications:
- Ability to understand and document highly complex technical
Information Technology concepts and products (hardware and/or
software components, systems and architectures).
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and transfer knowledge
